Selected work: business systems and websites

Six projects that are live today, from a payroll platform used by six companies to an operations hub for a print shop, a multi-branch sales system and client websites in the Philippines and Japan. Each one maps to a service and many are explained further on the blog.

Goodly Trading HRIS

Multi-company HR, attendance and payroll platform

ProblemSeveral companies needed attendance-based payroll across many workplaces, without paying per face scan.
BuiltOne multi-company platform with an in-browser face kiosk and a payroll engine.
ResultLive for 6 companies; payroll output hand-verified line by line.

One instance serves any number of companies, each with its own shifts, benefits and payroll rules. Employees clock in at a kiosk by face, matched entirely in the browser, so there is no per-scan cloud cost. Payroll is computed from attendance and leave, with PDF payslips.

  • Face-recognition kiosk and GPS-verified sales-agent clock-in with an impossible-travel check
  • Bracket-based benefit engine (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, tax, custom)
  • 8 role levels, editable page permissions, full audit log, web-push reminders
  • 39 models, 34 migrations, about 18.9k lines of TypeScript

Sales Monitoring System

Mivera Corporation, two spa branches

ProblemA two-branch business needed daily sales, expenses and payables in one place.
BuiltA login-only sales app with payables history and cash-vault reconciliation.
ResultLive in production; redeploys never log staff out.

Daily sales, itemized expenses, payables and payment history for both branches in one place. The cash vault is reconciled against recorded sales and expenses, and any gap is flagged for review.

  • Custom SQLite session store: redeploys never log anyone out
  • Append-only payment log; "paid" is derived, so no monthly reset job
  • Admin and viewer roles enforced at the route level
  • Installable PWA, served from a subdomain and a subpath by one app

Live internal system

C-Press Graphix Ecosystem

Internal operations hub for a printing company in Davao City

ProblemJobs, quotes, stock, payments and social posts were tracked in separate places, so nobody had one view of the business.
BuiltOne sign-in hub with six connected tools: pricing, inventory, project monitoring, accounting, quotations and social posting.
ResultLive for the team, with each role seeing only the tools and actions it needs.

A single hub where staff sign in once and move between tools. Project monitoring follows every job from pending to layout, printing, fabrication and done, with deadlines, priorities and payments. The quotation system builds prices from materials, machine ink and power costs, labour rates and overhead, applies a markup, shows gross profit and exports a PDF quote. Social posting plans Facebook and Instagram captions with linked Canva designs.

  • Job pipeline with deadlines, priorities, pending payments and reports
  • Quotation costing from materials, machines, labour and overhead, with PDF export
  • Five roles (admin, encoder, viewer, graphics, production) with editable permissions and login logs
  • Installable on phones as a web app; accounting linked to project payments

Maveryk31

Car shop website, Gifu, Japan

ProblemA car shop needed one site for Japanese and English customers, with a gallery that stays current.
BuiltA custom bilingual WordPress theme with a Google Drive photo sync.
ResultLive in both languages; new photos appear without manual uploads.

A custom theme with a Japanese/English switcher that covers the shop's sales, rental, repair and import/export services. Gallery photos are pulled from Google Drive, resized and served automatically, and site content is seeded by script so setup is repeatable.

  • Polylang language switcher with matching JP and EN pages
  • Separate Contact Form 7 forms for each language
  • Google Drive sync on WP-Cron: pulls, resizes and serves photos
  • Scripted content seeding and wp-env for repeatable setup

ResultLive at vespaclubdavao.com, with the club's rides, tournaments and outreach in one place.
